What you'll get to do...
- Determine employee benefit practices by benchmarking best practices; researching industry and employment trends; tracking legislation and estimating impact.
- Analyze benefit options and vendor programs to predict future costs
- Provide explanation into employee benefits by conducting meetings; preparing written and graphic announcements and explanations; responding to requests
- Successful partnership with internal and external partners including our world-class HR Operations and Total Rewards teams, benefits consultants, and vendor partners
- Involvement in day-to-day administration of employee benefit administration and compliance.
- Project management of US Annual Benefits enrollment, including coordination of vendors, communications, joining forces with other departments, designing and participating in HRIS testing
- Maintain and provide knowledge of health care, retirement planning, ancillary benefit programs, wellness and perks
Your experience should include...
- Display demonstrated ability to analyze benefits data and make recommendations
- Possess 5+ years experience in benefits administration
- Maintain employee confidence by keeping benefit information confidential
