Kinsta continues to grow at an incredible pace, we are looking for a Candidate Experience Coordinator to help us guide candidates through a world-class Kinsta application experience! This is a 6-months fixed-term contract position, where you will ensure the candidate experience is reflective of the Kinsta brand, by providing an exceptional experience to both our internal stakeholders and candidates. As a team, we prioritize inclusion and aim to treat every candidate with care. We realize that for many, we are the first point of contact at the company and we strive to make sure that everyone joins on a positive note.
What you will be doing:
- Internal diary management and scheduling interviews across different time zones
- Implementing and monitoring our Candidate Experience NPS program
- Ensuring candidates receive timely, thoughtful, and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process
- Managing and coordinating new jobs adverts for both internal and external job boards
- Supporting and working on a wide variety of TA initiatives such as; Employer Branding, D&I, Candidate Experience, Hiring Best practice Training, and Process Optimization
Who you are:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or project coordination within a fast-paced tech start-up environment
- You communicate and build relationships with ease and have excellent coordination qualities in a globally remote setting
- You are proficient with Google Workspace and ATS systems; Lever preferred
- You are an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- You can easily navigate ambiguity and work autonomously in a fast-changing environment
