In this role, you will provide project support and administration relating to Impossible Foods’ compensation programs. You will help ensure that Impossible compensation data is up-to-date and employee issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. You will help adapt IF programs to be efficient, effective and scalable.
You Will
- Support the HR organization by capturing and analyzing compensation data to perform analysis and support business needs
- Perform staff support activities by responding to compensation related inquries
- Communicate our compensation packages to managers in inspiring ways aligned with Impossible’s mission
- Partner with recruitment to ensure compensation alignment on offers
- Address employee escalations in a timely manner, resolving issues accurately
- Escalate system and processing issues and liaise with internal business partners on resolution
- Support teams through People processes, including Mid Year and Year End reviews
- Use data and analytics to inform compensation decisions
- Closely collaborate with People team partners (Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, People Operations, Compensation) to inform the implementation of compensation programs and initiatives
- Provide partnership to leaders across functional groups on all things compensation-related
- Create and work with scaled data sets
- Create efficient and accurate spreadsheet-based analyses for deployment of compensation programs
- Work closely with employees and business partners to resolve confidential and sensitive enquiries
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years work experience in compensation, HR or consulting experience, with a minimum of 1 years working in a compensation role
- Alignment and commitment to our culture, which prioritizes leading with heart, standing up for what’s right, and thinking like a scientist (in this case, a scientist focused on our people programs)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company with experience and a vision to create practices and programs that will scale
- Experience working with international benefits programs a plus
- Experience working with survey vendor data to inform and develop benefits strategies
- Experience creating and working with large, scaled data sets
- Experience creating efficient and accurate spreadsheet-based analysis for deployment of programs

**This is a part time contract position (25 hours/week)
This role can be performed from any US state except for Alaska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Hawaii, and Wisconsin.
