Working independently, plans, develops, and designs compensation solutions that meet the short and long-term needs for the American Cancer Society.  Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, this leader will identify and recommend new and/or improved compensation programs and will ensure compliance with all legal requirements. This position will play a significant role in supporting the growth and performance of the American Cancer Society.

The compensation range established for this position begins at a minimum of $140,000 per year.* Actual starting pay may differ based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
