Teal Media is seeking a Director of People and Culture for a full-time, remote position. This is an exciting new role at Teal that will closely collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute a range of people and culture initiatives. This role will focus on building a thriving culture and help steer a growing company, implement innovative approaches to guide the professional growth of a creative and passionate team, and cultivate engagement, equity, and connection across all departments.

This role will manage a variety of contractors and vendors, in addition to staff positions in the future.

Salary: $120-150K + benefits, pending experience
Benefits: Health insurance, employer matching 401K plan, continuing education/annual conference stipend, professional development coaching, flexible hours and location.
Holidays and Paid Time Off: 10 Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday, plus end of year paid office closure; 20 days PTO annually

Hiring process: We will begin scheduling screening interviews in late March. After screening interviews, we will invite candidates moving forward in 2 to 3 round interview process, including a brief exercise component
