As Corcentric’s first Director of Organizational Development, you will join a fast-paced and fun team within an ambitious and entrepreneurial global organization, and share your passion for helping people (and businesses!) learn and grow.

As the owner of the OD function, you’ll build and continually refine ongoing and impactful training programs and pathways that will engage employees and help them to achieve their Corcentric career aspirations in ways that simultaneously connect with the achievement of our company goals. Working closely with the HR team and business leaders, you’ll also lead the creation and evolution of career paths within and across business lines, and implement leadership development, manager-in-training and other important programs. This key position reports to the SVP of Human Resources and works closely with the Human Resources team. Responsibilities:

• Develop, deliver, monitor and improve organizational development (OD) strategies and processes including professional development and career paths, employee and manager training, employee engagement and retention, performance management, succession planning and related programs.
• Partner with business leaders to assess the development needs in the various lines of business based on business goals for each LOB.
• Lead the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet the identified OD needs and program goals.
• Build out a comprehensive set of multi-modal training opportunities to provide ongoing training and development opportunities for employees and managers.
• Design programs to help the business identify and nurture high performers, and develop future managers and leaders.
• Provide consultative services to managers at all levels regarding mentoring, professional development, coaching and related leadership skills.
• Evaluate performance and progression results against program objectives, and refine as needed to ensure a close connection between development programs and business goals.

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of experience working in a dedicated HR/Organizational Development role focused on designing and delivering OD, HR, and internal employee training and development programs in fast-paced, geographically-disbursed settings.
• Degree or certification in Human Resources or Organizational Development very helpful; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu.
• Knowledge of HR fundamentals (basic labor law, HR policies and best practices) required.
• Adept with a variety of training platforms, strategies and methods.
• Experience designing and delivering multi-modal training programs for multi-site and remote/virtual workforces, ideally globally.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective HR communications, presentations and trainings.
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively manage conversations and issues, and to positively influence others’ decision making.
• Must be exceptionally attentive to detail and have good numbers sense, along with being well-organized and possessing the ability to effectively and independently prioritize competing demands.
• Must also be able to roll with changes to priorities/directions and tasks, and to function well in a fast-growing, changeable environment.
• Team-play and good collaboration skills are an absolute requirement for our team-based work.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with training software packages.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• French language skills not required, but HIGHLY desirable.
