As Corcentric’s first Director of Organizational Development, you will join a fast-paced and fun team within an ambitious and entrepreneurial global organization, and share your passion for helping people (and businesses!) learn and grow.

As the owner of the OD function, you’ll build and continually refine ongoing and impactful training programs and pathways that will engage employees and help them to achieve their Corcentric career aspirations in ways that simultaneously connect with the achievement of our company goals. Working closely with the HR team and business leaders, you’ll also lead the creation and evolution of career paths within and across business lines, and implement leadership development, manager-in-training and other important programs. This key position reports to the SVP of Human Resources and works closely with the Human Resources team. We’re a dedicated, close-knit, pretty cool crew if we do say so ourselves, and we look forward to adding you into the mix!
