Figma is looking for a Director of Talent Operations and Enablement to help our growing recruiting team and company hire the best future Figmates. You’ll be responsible for partnering with our leaders across the business to implement systems, processes, and programs that contribute to an amazing candidate experience and the hiring of our future teammates. As Figma continues to scale, our team and talent is more important than ever, and this position will play an integral role in our success.
This role will report to the VP of Talent and can be held from one of our US based hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Lead the teams that are focused on the entire recruiting lifecycle from systems and tooling to recruiting team enablement through to candidate experience and more
- Partner with recruiting leaders to develop their teams and drive our talent strategy
- Lead the metrics strategy and equip the team with consistent dashboard updates and analysis on recruiting performance metrics and partner feedback
- Forecast and plan annual headcount and hiring goals while managing the overall Recruiting budget
- Enable our teams (recruiting and our hiring partners) with the tools, processes and programs to hire amazing future Figmates
- Lead initiatives around projects like including a values interview program, interviewer trainings, and partnerships with talent branding
- Work cross functionally with our Finance and HR Operations teams to develop, pilot, and scale new tooling, reports, and talent strategy
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 7+ years of leadership experience and have led a team of operations professionals responsible for optimizing and building outstanding experiences for candidates, their teams, and partners
- Demonstrated leadership ability: you've hired, mentored and scaled teams, preferably in a global environment
- An excitement for what recruiting can be, you have big ideas and are excited to craft our team's culture and experiences
- Partnered with recruiting teams and cross functional partners to analyze and improve upon processes and strategies for hiring top talent
- Experience implementing large scale systems across organizations
- A comfortability with a constantly evolving environment and the ability to prioritize competing asks
