As the Global HR Compliance Manager for Gusto, you will be part of a central team that works to ensure that Gusto is a compliant, respectful, and inclusive workplace for everyone. The Global HR Compliance Manager will assist with employment-related compliance projects and programs, focusing on improving People policies, processes, and practices to ensure compliance and alignment with Gusto values.

This work requires deep expertise in HR compliance for both full-time employees and contingent workers; superb in-person, verbal, and written communication skills; experience researching federal and state employment laws and regulations and translating that information for a global audience; and a trust-based leadership style that fosters confidence and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $107,000 - $132,000 in Denver & most remote locations, and $130,000 - $161,000 for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
