We’re looking for a Global Payroll Manager to become a key contributor in our payroll process creation and implementation for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. As our company grows, this role is critical to making sure our payroll operations remain on track!
Your Responsibilities:
- Process internal payroll for employees bi-monthly
- Maintain accurate records of payments made to employees including ad-hoc payments such as sign-on bonuses, performance-based bonuses, commissions, and etc.
- Liaise with the People team and the Accounting department to maintain accurate employee records such as departments, locations, and etc.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to process referral bonuses for Trusted Health nurses
- Maintain a list of all active contractors (both domestic and international) and ensure payments are processed both timely and accurately
- Book payroll related journal entries
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

You Have
- Bachelor's degree in business/accounting or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Payroll Operations role in a startup environment or equivalent experience in private industry
- Accounting knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel/Data management skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc)
- Deep understanding of preparation of payroll taxes, multi-state payroll complexity, W-2s, 1099s, and compliance
- Experience with relevant software, PEOs or HRIS.
- NetSuite is a plus
