We’re looking for a passionate and self-motivated sourcer to help us enable Prezi’s growth. As a member of a global recruitment  team, you will own and develop passive candidate pipelines for a wide variety of roles including product, design and engineering with an emphasis on the EU and US.

You will report to Matyi Nagy, Recruitment Manager and as a virtual-first company we are looking for someone working remotely from Europe

You will:

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters on a daily basis
• Develop, implement, and manage tactical sourcing strategies
• Identify sourcing channels and conduct market research to identify talent
• Act as first point of contact for passive candidates and get them excited about Prezi
• Be part of and drive global recruitment initiatives

If you have…

• 3+ yrs experience in sourcing at a product company
• The ability to think on your feet, solve problems and operate in a virtual first environment
• Motivation/ no fear to be an autonomous member of the team - you will own your day/work/time
• A proven track record of being creative with regards to sourcing i.e. thinking beyond standard tools like LinkedIn and job board databases
• The legal right to work for any employer in the EU without visa sponsorship
