Reporting to our Chief People Officer, the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) will focus on advancing NerdWallet’s DEI efforts in partnership with the executive team, senior leaders, employee resource groups, as well as employees across the company. The incumbent will directly manage a DEI program manager and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization.

This new leadership role will be responsible for refining the long-term strategy and defining our approach as it relates to DEI across our global workforce, workplace, and marketplace, with a specific focus on how the strategy adapts to the needs of the business. We are looking for a leader who can scale our existing capabilities to align with NerdWallet’s growth and our overall mission to provide the tools, information, and insight people need to navigate all of life's financial decisions.
