We are looking for an HR Business Partner for Product & Engineering who is an effective influencer and has experience helping organizations through hyper-growth. You will act as a consultant to Clari’s Product and Engineering teams and will work closely with the broader People Team to develop and execute HR strategies, be an advocate for our employees, and collaborate cross-functionally to build programs that drive organizational and people effectiveness.
This role demands partnering closely with business leaders at all levels, HR leadership, and employees throughout the org to ensure talent capabilities drive and support our business objectives. This person will also work closely with the broader People Team to develop and execute HR strategies.
The mission of the Clari people team is to deliver experiences that delight, create a winning culture, and grow and develop Clarians. To that end, the HRBP role will continue to evolve and change as the company grows and as the HR organization changes along with it to meet the business needs. The HRBP will possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to build solid relationships based on trust.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Be a thought partner with business leaders across different organizations of Clari to guide them through performance management, succession planning, organizational design, and provide guidance on HR policy
- Identify and address critical organizational and people issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of the business
- Improve manager capabilities through regular 1:1s, coaching, and feedback
- Assist in the development and implementation of leadership development programs and opportunities
- Help drive change management as the company meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to scale
- Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes
- Assist in aligning HR strategy with business priorities to drive results
- Help drive the delivery and analysis of engagement surveys, performance reviews, etc. to the broader company as well as business units/teams
- Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives
- Communicate to a broad audience and be able to adapt your communication accordingly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HRBP experience required, including both direct client support and management coaching experience
- Experience in hyper-growth SaaS a plus
- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management
- Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues
- Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
- Ability to work at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels
- Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency
- Strong influencing skills and extreme flexibility to be proactive and agile in an ever-changing environment
