Our People Team is looking for an experienced and dynamic candidate to join our team as an HR Generalist.  

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies and plans while maintaining the employee's data and confidentiality. This role will enhance relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt to different audiences and often advise others on difficult matters. This person would work autonomously and be responsible for the upkeep and submission of all HR Compliance related work for the year. They would assist in onboarding and off-boarding programs built and run by the People team. They would also assist with answering questions surrounding employee benefits programs as well as be a go-to member of the People team for employee assistance and support.  

During the ramp up of this role we anticipate the HR Generalist spending time familiarizing themselves with vendors (Rippling, Sequoia, Visa Legal team procedures, Globalization Partners) as well as all of our current jurisdictions globally. Utilizing the Rippling, Sequoia Prism, HRX, and Globalization Partners platforms (PEO/EOR companies). Learning our Employee Handbook and all company policies. Getting up to date on Finance and Legal policies and procedures. Familiarizing themselves with our workforce scope, responsibilities, and personnel.

Salary Range: $80,800.00 - $128,400.00
