Tasks and Responsibilities
Administering compensation and benefit plansConducting employee onboarding and help plan training & developmentProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arisePromote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplaceAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesManaging benefits, payroll and onboarding new employeesCalculating employees’ compensation, updating our internal payroll databasesUndertake tasks around performance managementEnsure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulationsOrganize quarterly and annual employee performance reviewsMaintain employee files and records in electronic and paper formEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activitiesEnsure compliance with labor regulationsRequirements
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, additional HR training will be a plus
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory (spoken and written)
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
