We’re looking for an HR Manager to join Tacen! Working closely with our CEO and C Suite to help recruit, hire, retain and grow best-in-class talent while providing employees with a great working experience. This position is open to 100% remote, with occasional travel. You do not need to be located in Wyoming.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a point of contact to local team members, answering questions and helping employees navigate all aspects of HR
- Own the full cycle recruitment process, working with stakeholders for the interview process, hiring and onboarding
- Oversee global vendor relationships for immigration processes and payroll of foreign employees
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout HR department
- Manage all Gusto functions (payroll, benefits, expenses, time off, salary increases, terminations, etc.)
- Own employee engagement and employee experience
- Assist managers with creating OKRs and holding semi-annual performance reviews
- Remain up-to-date on local employment legislation and compliance
- Maintain and improve compensation and benefits programs, including cryptocurrency benefits
- Plan international offsite events including travel, hotel, working spaces, food, transportation, etc.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven performance in supporting a company-wide HR needs, employee relation topics, and improvement initiatives
- An innovative problem solver who is proactive and likes to get things done
- Strong interpersonal skills, good intuition, and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Confidentiality is not an issue for you; you know what you can say, when you can say it, and whom you can say it to
- Experience in training managers in best practices working with their direct reports
- Track record of recruiting, hiring and retaining talent
- Ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks at once, and strong attention to detail is required
- Foundation of knowledge about U.S. employment law; the more state specific laws, the better
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources

- Able to use Gusto, Culture Amp, and Google Suite

- Proficiency using Mac
