As Figma’s Global Benefits Manager you’ll be a key player in building and leading global benefits and perks during a dynamic and high growth phase. You’ll demonstrate your analytical and critical thinking to build and implement a robust benefits program supporting the needs of Figmates globally while having a strong desire to do what is right to build a world class benefits program.
This role can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the US.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Design and implement global benefits programs including health, retirement, perks, wellness, and time off programs & policies (vacation, leave of absence, sick time, etc.)
- Administer annual benefits renewal & benefit plan changes globally
- Work with brokers to provide analysis and assess market competitiveness of all plans annually
- Collaborate with key team members to understand local benefit needs and external market competitiveness of Figma’s global benefits offerings
- Lead, plan, and run effective communications and education of benefits and leave policies. Create and update benefits communications on intranet and at regular touchpoints with Figmates
- Partner with People Ops, Legal, and Finance to implement new benefits programs
- Create and administer processes to communicate new hire and employee information changes to global brokers
- Stay up to date on compliance updates and requirements. Update policies and programs to align with any regulatory changes
- Complete all necessary compliance requirements (e.g. filing 5500, Non-discrimination testing, etc.)
- Build and lead a global leave of absence program; manage leaves vendor
- Manage benefits and perks vendors
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- In depth experience leading and driving benefits programs in a multinational company
- Advanced knowledge in benefits plan design and administration
- Advanced experience with regulatory compliance in benefits programs
- Experience managing U.S. benefits via Workday
- Experience managing a global leave of absence program
- Experience leading a team preferred
- Ability to scale processes in a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GoogleSheets/Excel
- Must be able to collaborate with teams in a dynamic and globally matrixed environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to build relationships with various leaders across the organization
- Great organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong sense of urgency
