We're looking for a well-rounded generalist with experience across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing various human resources programs to ensure our values are incorporated into all hiring, retention, and engagement. From data entry to business offsites, you’re ready to jump in and do what it takes to support our people's operations and programs.
What will you do? (The role)
- Manage projects across various areas team member experience, including recruiting, compensation, and program management
- Draft, amend and issue legally compliant employment and commercial contracts
- Update and maintain our internal HR records and systems
- Administer & communicate company benefits and compensation strategies
- Conduct wage and salary surveys gathering current market values
- Run full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of roles
- Execute our sourcing strategy, including but not limited to cold outreach & events
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related issues
- Assist with payroll processing
You're the kind of person who... (Requirements)
- 5+ years of generalist experience in a 100-150 fast paced company
- Can navigate complex offer situations and is able to overcome objections to ultimately show LaunchGood’s value
- Passion for meeting top talent, understanding what drives them, and providing a red carpet experience
- Takes the initiative to communicate across functions and make necessary improvements
- Comfortable with high ambiguity, the ability to take initiative and adapt to frequent changes.

- Great organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency
