The People Team has big plans for 2022 and is looking for a People Operations Lead to help the organization operate effectively as we continue to scale. You’ll manage our people systems and technology while creating thoughtful HR processes that deliver an exceptional employee experience.
About The Role
- We’ll look to you to analyze and update existing People processes, policies and systems to ensure we are up to date, compliant, and designed in a way to support the company’s high growth.
- You’ll lead our HRIS implementation, assessment, and migration while collaborating with IT, Finance, and Security teams to ensure all critical processes are captured and migrated.
- You’ll identify areas for automation and prioritize People Operations systems, tools, policies, and compliance for 2022 and beyond.
- You’ll stay up to date on how to analyze organizational risk with applicable US, state, and municipal laws and policies.
- You’ll monitor and report on all key HR metrics; manage the design, implementation and tracking of all People team KPIs, and share with the greater team.
- Salary: We have an internal transparent salary matrix for each team. For this role, the salary options are $117k, $124k, or $131k USD pending experience. Read more about how we approach compensation here!
About You
- You are extremely data driven, detail-obsessed, and employee experience-focused.
- You have experience building processes from scratch, and have strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- You hold yourself and others on your team to a very high standard of delivery, and you value partnership and stakeholder engagement along the way.
- You are comfortable working with data, acquiring data from multiple sources, carrying out data analysis, and communicating data findings.
- You have deep knowledge of operations components of employee lifecycle touch points, specifically onboarding and off boarding.
- You have experience researching, drafting, and implementing HR policy, including communicating with legal counsel and team members.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are critical to making remote work work, and you have high proficiency in each.
- You believe remote teams are the future of work, or are at least curious about being part of a remote-first team.
