Handshake is hiring a People Operations Lead reporting to the Head of People Programs, on  the People Team. In this role you will work closely with our People, Talent teams and other internal stakeholders to coordinate and continuously improve our internal processes and systems, ultimately providing a world-class experience for all Handshake employees, interns and contractors.

You will have opportunities to take on projects to implement new systems, stand up new self-service resources, and have a tremendous impact on our people processes during a period of high growth.

US $96,000-131,000

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
