Chargebee is looking for an experienced Program Manager to help manage, develop and deliver important employee experience programs for the product team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage bootcamp for interns and fresher new joinees
- Manage lateral hire, contractor and vendor onboarding
- Manage hiring process and recruitment needs of Product team
- Manage rewards and recognition programs
- Closely work with managers and make sure performance evaluation is completed on time
- Establish and manage learning programs for the employees
- Meet regularly with your HR business partner and make sure product and HR team is aligned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business,HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years’ industry experience in the software industry, in roles relevant to project/ program management
- Comfortable liaising with individual contributors and leadership
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to execute and deliver successfully in situations where clear authority is not given.
- Highly Organized, capable of multi-tasking and efficient in managing ambiguous situations
- Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with remote, global, and cross-functional teams and matrix organizations
- Experience working with tools like G Suite and other project management tools
