Northstar is growing rapidly and needs a talented “hunter” to find people who could potentially be good candidates for our roles, which include technical, financial planner, and other business critical roles across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You would be the 2nd person joining our Talent team giving you the ability to make a big impact on the future of our Talent division. You have professional experience sourcing for professional positions (technical roles preferred) and have a basic understanding of the various roles at technology companies and startups. You exhibit a strong technical aptitude. You have advanced experience with tools such as Boolean, LinkedIn search, and more. You are responsive - listen carefully, respond quickly. You have a deep passion for problem-solving through research. You exude a proactive and results oriented attitude. You have familiarity with startup culture & enjoy the fast-paced nature of them. You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
