Reddit is seeking a talented and driven individual to join the People & Culture team as our (Sr) Compensation Manager! This role is going to be pivotal to our business’ success as we embark on doubling the size of our organization this year, and continue to focus on how we attract and retain top talent from a super competitive talent market.  This role will lead our compensation (cash + equity) strategy and drive it’s execution from soup to nuts. The Compensation Manager will work closely with the Head of HR and  Chief People Officer, our executive and finance teams, and our people leaders to reimagine how we think strategically about compensation at Reddit, using a data-first, human-centric approach.
