Our client is looking to bring on a Senior Organizational Design and Classification Consultant to their team.

The individual will support those working towards their Treasure Board Secretariat (TBS) classification accreditation with coaching, training and support to guid them through the learning and experience required.

Mandatory Criteria:

• Ability to deliver bilingual services at the advanced level in English and French.
• Over 10 years experience in the Public Service as a Sr HR Advisor providing advice and guidance to line managers and members of the executive team on Classification
• Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) classification accreditation, demonstrated by providing a copy of the accreditation certificate
