Prudential is seeking a Specialist, Talent Analytics for its Employee Insights Center of Excellence (COE) in Human Resources. The role will report to the Director of Talent Analytics and be responsible for supporting talent analytics projects for the enterprise and enabling the translation of people data into insights. We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive insights for our business leaders and HR partners. The ideal candidate has a track record of integrating large sets of workforce data across the employee life cycle and developing meaningful insights through a unique combination of analytics, business acumen, and communication skills. This individual will be critical in scaling Employee Insights’ ability to build and translate analytical findings to apply towards talent objectives.

*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.

Salary range specific to Colorado: $89,900-$127,800 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
