A key member of the Total Rewards Team, this role will contribute to the development and execution of global benefits, recognition, and well-being programs to support the attraction and retention of our global diverse workforce. This role is accountable for alignment of practices and programs to total rewards principles and policies.  This role is a subject matter expert who can partner/provide advice the HR team and business leaders to develop benefits and recognition related strategy and solutions relevant to regional and local business needs.

Accountabilities

Functional Knowledge: Requires comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards, as well as of the changing business environment

Business Expertise: Applies industry expertise and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance

Leadership: Leads teams and vendors to execute global Benefits, Well-Being and Recognition strategy

Problem Solving: Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advance analytical thought and judgement

Impact: Impacts results of Global responsibilities by providing support to impact the company guided by Rewards and HR strategy

Interpersonal Skills: Negotiates with and influences others internally and externally; including leaders within the company and vendors
