As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play an integral part in the hiring process and be a true partner with the recruiters and hiring teams you support.

This is a fully remote opportunity but is preferred to be worked from the West Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters, managers, hiring teams, and candidates to schedule virtual interviews across multiple teams and time zones
• Support 2 high volume recruiters and manage high volume requests
• Be a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring managers by, and not limited to, attending multiple hiring kick-offs and weekly hiring syncs, building and executing interview plans, editing job descriptions as needed, and ensuring each interview is confirmed by the interviewer and candidate
• Ensure each and every interaction with candidates are remarkable - best in class
• Maintain job postings in Clari’s ATS
• Initiate background checks via Goodhire
• Juggle multiple requests and priorities, such as ad hoc recruiting projects, with ease
• Suggest process changes and improvements
• Assist with sourcing efforts on an as-needed basis

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, project coordination, or similar
• Experience using Google Suite, Zoom, Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever preferred), LI Recruiter, etc.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems on the fly and take the initiative to be one step ahead in order to drive positive outcomes
• Detail-oriented and not afraid to ask questions
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
• Comfortable in a fast-paced rapid growth environment
