We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting team and grow our talent acquisition practice at VSCO. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for designing, assessing, and improving our recruitment process, ensuring it is faithful to VSCO’s values and fully supports our business needs. High-level Expectations
- Lead, mentor, and continue to grow the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of all their efforts. Keep a pulse on the heartbeat and engagement of all the humans you lead.
- Define the goals and objectives for the TA team and develop roadmaps that support the goals and strategy of the business.
- Partner with people operations and senior leadership to consistently evaluate and continuously improve our recruiting approach and interview designs.
- Ensure DEI is a core part of the recruitment experience, including but not limited to, building a diverse pipeline and ensuring a fair, consistent and inclusive process.
- Keep senior leadership and the broader organization informed and connected with effective and accurate information radiators, reports, and visualizations.
- Manage the recruiting budget, including vendor strategy and contract execution.
- Stay current with industry trends and surface recommendations ensuring VSCO remains competitive in its practices. Innovation is welcome, feel free to set the trends.
- Partner closely with the VP of People ensuring that our ‘how we work’ practices enhance our company culture and are designed in line with our values and principles.
- Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement and learning through retrospectives and the implementation of feedback loops throughout the system.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience working as a recruiter and as the lead of a recruiting team.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR practices.
- Digital native with proficiency in multiple ATS applications (Greenhouse Preferred).
- Business acumen with strategy development and deployment experience.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills - run fast while juggling.🤹♀️
