Witekio is a fast-growing company: Witekio's growth depends on our ability to grow the teams. The function of a recruiter is therefore an essential business component.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Manager to cover maternity leave for a period of 6 months. Your mission is to recruit new talents for the Witekio group, with a particular focus on our offices in Germany and the UK. You will also be expected to provide sourcing support to the US office.
Your Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Control of the entire recruitment process:
- Receiving the need from the manager
- Co-writing of the advertisement
- Distribution on the relevant social networks and job boards
- Sourcing and direct approach
- Telephone and physical interviews
- Management of the candidate relationship: transparency on the process, regular updates, follow-up
- Sending out promises to hire by reconciling internal budget and market salary
- Creation, development, and maintenance of a pool of candidates
- Regular follow-up with site managers
- Monitoring and production of KPIs related to the recruitment activity
- Propose process improvements
Quality and safety
- Contributes to the company's quality and safety policy
- Implements actions and instructions
- Informs the security team of any identified threats or vulnerabilities

- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment for IT and software functions
- A good knowledge of sourcing techniques

- A good command of LinkedIn recruitment and ATS tools
