Yirang Lim, Talent Acquisition Manager at Formstack, is looking to hire someone who will complement and strengthen the team.

You know how to identify, attract and engage talent in different markets. You love developing innovative and strategic techniques to uncover the best talent who are “ready now” or “ready later”. Your team members trust you and consider you an objective partner and collaborator to challenge them and find the next great addition to the team.

What you’ll do

As a member of our Talent team, you will be a key driver in growing Formstack and its teams(GTM and R&D). You will support the recruitment process by developing pipelines with qualified talent and delivering the best experience to all candidates. You will create powerful sourcing strategies to achieve hiring goals and build a diverse talent pool.

How you’ll succeed

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified talent.
• Define ideal candidate profiles and research candidate markets to develop strategic sourcing plans and resources.
• Screen and pre-qualify candidates during the sourcing process.
• Generate candidate leads to increase the volume and quality of Formstack talent pipelines.
• Manage applicant pools and referrals in ATS utilizing tagging techniques for future searching.
• Maintain creative and personalized outreach campaigns
• Increase brand awareness in diverse communities of people to drive the future of our employer brand.

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of experience with sourcing candidates.
• Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers.
• LinkedIn recruiter expert.
• Ability to consistently source and engage talented and passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Experience using ATS.

Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 per year + up to $8,000 variable compensation per year

This is a remote (work-from-anywhere) position.
