Gtmhub is seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-3+ years of experience sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent to join the mission and help grow our incredible team!
This position is remote-friendly. We are currently working on a hybrid basis, with many folks working entirely from home. Slight preference for candidates in/near Denver, our US HQ, but we will consider applicants from anywhere in the US.

The Role
Working closely with hiring managers, external recruiting agencies, and the Head of People and Talent, your primary role as Talent Acquisition Specialist will be to support our team in its hiring efforts. Coordinating the hiring process, creating an awesome candidate experience, and conducting ongoing recruiting activities to attract and source talent, you will play a critical role in enabling our team to scale in 2021 and beyond. This role will work closely with our Sales and Go-to-Market teams within the US, but will have an impact on and play a role in hiring across the company. The Details
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Work closely with hiring teams to develop a clear, consistent, effective, and engaging hiring process
- Coordinate and manage the hiring process, screening candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing candidates in the pipeline, coordinating hiring team members, and ensuring smooth hiring operations from open req to new hire
- Source, attract, and recruit talent, engaging in outbound efforts and supporting with employer branding
- Act as a liaison between hiring managers and external recruiting agencies, supporting with the onboarding of new recruiting firms as required
- Champion DEI initiatives in hiring
- Track, analyze, and report on hiring metrics, suggesting ways to improve
- Manage requisitions and job posts in our ATS, ensuring all open reqs are submitted and maintaining consistency across job postings
- Work with the People and Talent and hiring teams to implement, document, and improve talent acquisition strategy and processes
What We're Looking for
To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have:
- 1-3+ years experience in a similar role in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, ideally with a focus on sales roles in a SaaS environment
- Enviable organization, planning, and time-management skills; you'll be simultaneously working multiple roles in multiple geographic locations, spanning time zones and hiring teams, so you'll need to have tried and true ways of keeping your ducks in a row
- Passion for people, and the ability to be an ambassador of our brand; as the first touchpoint in our candidate funnel, you'll live and breathe our values and culture, and will be able to speak to what makes Gtmhub special
- True care for candidate experience; you genuinely love hiring, and you're excited about the opportunity to have a massive impact on our candidate experience and engagement
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal; you're a natural communicator and have a knack for handling sensitive conversations with grace and ease
- Ambition, drive, and leadership ability; as our first hire in this role, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the way we do talent acquisition at Gtmhub and will play a key role in helping us mature from where we are to where we want to be
- A results-driven mindset and care for metrics (we are in the OKR space, after all!)
- Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques
- Experience using sourcing tools and ATS systems (we use LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable)
