The Talent and Retention Analyst/Specialist will play a key role in the development and reporting on turnover related insights by coordinating, extracting and analyzing employee related data. This role will work with and manage through large complex data sets and identify key statistics, trends, etc. that will drive actionable insights for the business. The reports and presentations prepared by this role will answer business questions for internal stake holders with a focus on retention strategies.
This role will support Employee Engagement initiatives (pulse surveys, exit interview data reports etc.) in addition to Talent Management and Succession planning data reporting that will provide sound analysis for the organization regarding best practices.
Key Accountabilities:
- Information Gathering - Gather qualitative and quantitative retention data by conducting and analyzing employee turnover drivers and building on the Retention Exploration tool in partnership with GHRBPs.
- Talent Retention Analysis - Source, compile and interpret turnover data and other HR/Management related data such as training compliance, performance management and compensation insights. Leverage data from all aspects in an effort to uncover impact of employee churn. Perform analysis for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicating analysis output.
- Reporting - Produce reports based on data analysis, user input and systems. Assists in the identification of potential retention issues or areas of improvement based on uncovered trends or areas of concern.
- Special Projects – Work closely with HRBPs and COEs in revamping and facilitating the exit interview process, the Employee Engagement pulse survey and any other initiatives that positively impact employee retention and help leaders make the organization a better place to work. This role may also support M&A data collection and reporting efforts.
Qualifications
Skills:
- Experience in a highly analytical role managing large data sets and turning those insights in condensed trends for the business
- Advanced Excel experience
- Experience preparing reports that are appropriate for senior level audiences
- Strong analytic skills, and the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and use that data to develop talent strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadliness
- Human Resources generalist knowledge and experience with HR Data analysis and HRIS applications
Education and Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Analyst or HR Generalist
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
