We are looking for a Talent Experience Specialist to join our growing People team! Reporting to the Head of People Operations, your role is to be a strategic partner to the business that creates exceptional and inclusive team member experiences that strengthens belonging, recruitment, retention, and productivity.

You Will:

• Create best-in-class team member experience frameworks that emphasize the milestones in team members' professional and personal lives that impact their work
• Assess the impact of people practices and policies on the team member experience and provide recommendations to improve their effectiveness
• Partner with people leaders to develop, promote and deliver out of the box team member engagement activities that foster connection and belonging
• Support the coordination, facilitation, and delivery of major company and department events, Townhalls, Retrospects, and Quarterly BenchSci Homecoming Events
• Coordinate design, implementation, and inventory of marketing assets for all employee experiences
• Research and recommend proactive approaches to supporting healthy physical and mental well-being
• Lead the facilitation of our remote-first onboarding experience to set new hires up for success and create relationships
• Partner with the marketing and communications team in the implementation of strategic internal communications plans
• Coordinate recognition experiences by working closely with team members, people leaders, Marketing, and Communications departments (recognition awards, work anniversaries, milestones, etc.)
• Pursue technologies that can help us improve communication, provide a tailored team member experience, and strengthen a sense of belonging

You Have:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to coordinate, prioritize work, meet deadlines and solve problems

• A passion for building processes and structure to optimize execution of day-to-day work and scheduled tasks
• Ability to synthesize data into logical conclusions and recommendations
