In this role, you will
- Take full ownership of our recruiting strategy across Engineering and Product departments; pitch in to recruit for other departments as needed
- Immerse yourself in continuous learning of current tech, our product development stack, and serve as the SME of tech talent for our team
- Manage end-to-end recruiting including; market research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer negotiations & acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, set expectations, and develop interview processes that lead to exceptional hires
- Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions
- Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
- Draft recruitment posts and/or place ads in the most effective digital spaces for open positions
- Identify qualified candidates and assess their capabilities through effective resume reviews, interviews, and hiring team feedback
- Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of their status throughout the hiring process
- Nurture pipeline by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace
- Be a guardian and champion of our culture and candidate experience
- Partner with Talent Brand Evangelist to think of ways we can enhance and promote our Talent Brand
If you’re right for this role, you
- Have 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills -- if you don’t know already know what an API or TDD is and how they work, this is not the role for you
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills -- remote work experience is a big plus
- Strong, authentic interpersonal and communication skills
- Don't come from a heavy corporate environment or highly-structured mindset -- you thrive in high growth, quickly changing environments
- Have previous experience utilizing a modern ATS (we use Greenhouse) to access reports, dashboards, and other tools and data to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and analyze results
- Embrace performance metrics as essential to reaching goals
Comp Range: $90k - $110k + 8% Bonus
