As a Technical Recruiter for QuickNode, you will be creating, owning and driving the full hiring process for the Platform engineering team and will be responsible for creating a Go-focused sourcing strategy to attract high quality Go engineers, managing the interview process, as well as collaborating with the Platform Engineering Leadership team on a full year hiring plan. As a strategic partner to the engineering organization, you will work in a consultative manner with hiring teams to ensure they make the best hiring decisions possible and become overall more effective at hiring. Hiring is critical for our success as the top web3 infrastructure platform and your role is paramount to growth.

We’re looking for a self-starter, who has a strong sense of ownership, an entrepreneurial mindset and a team mentality to collaborate on finding the best people and go the extra mile to make QuickNode achieve its goals.

We need you to have experience with:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting in either an internal or agency setting (can up-level role based on experience to Senior Recruiter)
• Is familiar with and has deep networks within the Go community and is able to effectively create a targeted sourcing and recruitment strategy
• Has strong communication and organizational skills and is able to bring an experienced view into the talent and competitor landscape to help our talent acquisition decisions and strategies be informed by the best possible information
• Has built structure within a startup-like environment with little to no process
• Has successfully sourced, closed and achieved technical recruiting goal within an organization
