Hi, I’m Natalia Vassilieva and I’m the VP for People & Culture at StackAdapt. I’ve been with StackAdapt for 6 years and had the incredible opportunity to help the team grow from 20 to 500 + globally. StackAdapt is a Toronto, Canada-based company, and prior to the pandemic, our entire team was based in Toronto in a very awesome downtown office. We never imagined ourselves being a global company, but when the pandemic hit and our team went remote we were able to see how effective our team could be and there was no reason we couldn’t hire StackAdapters outside of Canada.

Since then we have expanded to the US (98 StackAdapters and counting), the UK (43 StackAdapters and counting) and more recently Singapore (3) and Australia (5). Our team has done an incredible job with our expansion thus far, and with all the success we’re seeing in these new markets it’s time we bring on someone to help StackAdapt scale the talent function and drive our global expansion further into 15+ countries.

1: Remote interview with Emma, Talent Advisor, from the Bloom Team

2: Virtual 60-minute interview with Rachel Lee (Director of Talent) and Natalia Vassilieva (VP of People and Culture)

3: Complete the StackAdapt talent take-home case study.

4: Virtual 60-minute technical interview with some of the wider talent team (Keziah Uychocde, Gelicia Walpol, Nuraa Ur-Rehman)

5: Virtual 60-minute interview with Ildar Shar (CEO)

6: Reference Check & Criminal Background Check

Compensation Range:

$200,000 - $250,000
